Need a hand with VidDub in the browser or in the apps?

This page covers the website workflow. The iOS and Android apps follow the same translation steps. For legal detail see Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Get started

Open viddubapp.com and sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
Upload a local file or import a video URL you have the right to use.
Workspace opens automatically. Choose source and target languages, subtitle style, then start translation.
When the job finishes, download the file within about 24 hours. After that it is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Free effect preview

Eligible short videos can use a free effect preview. Translation of those videos does not use paid minutes.

This is a free effect preview, not a free trial of full use.
In-page playback is limited to about the first third of the video so you can check quality.
Download or copy the link for the full file while it is still stored (about 24 hours).
Dubbing is locked on free effect preview clips. Buy minutes or use a paid video to dub.
Videos over the preview length or size need paid minutes. See Minutes.

Minutes and plans

Google and Apple keep separate minute balances.
On this website you can buy one-time packs of 30, 60, 200, or 500 minutes. Those minutes stay until you use them.
Pro and Max monthly plans are sold only in the iOS and Android apps.
Usage history is on the Activity page after you sign in.

Sign-in

Google on the website uses the same account as the Android app. Sign in with Apple uses the same Apple ID as the iOS app. Minutes do not merge across providers.

Privacy and files

Finished videos are stored in the cloud for about 24 hours, then deleted. We do not use your videos to train AI models. Details: Privacy Policy.

Support, refunds, and canceling a subscription

Customer support: email szsoftwell2026@gmail.com. Include the Google or Apple account you signed in with, and the order number if you have one.

Website one-time packs (Waffo): email szsoftwell2026@gmail.com to request a review of unused minutes. Minutes already used for translation are not refunded.
Google Play purchases and subscriptions: manage or cancel at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
Apple App Store subscriptions: cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple policy.
Subscriptions are sold only in the iOS and Android apps. This website does not start App Store or Play subscriptions.
